finally a ref for my great bud who is totally taller than shady

basic info
Alex was raised by his father after his mother Bella died from sickness. His father wasn't overly fond of Alex and got frustrated with him very easy. Shady eventually adopted him when his father died and since then Alex hasn't looked back. At first he was very scared of everything on the streets but quickly developed a thick skin and sharp tongue. Adopting Joey into the family hasn't been easy for him but his trust for Shady has never betrayed him.
