Is this a scan or a photo? Its just i can kinda see the shine of the ball pen, at least thats what i think it is. It would just look more dramatic if it were more contrasted black and white.

Nice composition, interesting how the subject looks quite "defeated" and not angry, I suppose being lied to and hurt so many times can cause a person to give up and curl into a ball. I like it.
