New year, new references for Bash Cat!

Names and appearances for some of the other people in Bash Cat's life!

Her important personal support net:
Her parents, Marcel and Giselle Boutreau
Her best friend, Silver Messier
Somehow her parents and her best friend do not yet know that Jeuxlie is secretly Bash Cat!
While her parents are loving, they are also raising her in a rather European "free range" manner, which allows Jeuxlie to slip away for periods of time to act as a superheroine!

Bash Cat attends school as her civilian identity, Jeuxlie Boutreau, at Levy Moroder Elementary School

Her rivals/ minor antagonists, boys a grade ahead of her at school who also got powers, she's trying to help them to be better at hiding their secret identity and to actually practice with their powers by pretending to be a villain sometimes:
Douglas Montano, AKA Pushes - he has telekinetic powers, and had to cobble together a costume out of stuff he already had
Theo Brinkly, AKA Fla-Maestro - he has magic-based pyrokinetic powers, and can summon himself a costume of his own imagining...

Her worst enemy, a man who also got his powers in the same incident as the one that gave Bash Cat her powers, and gave Pushes and Fla-Maestro their powers. He has become a Technopath, able to control and interface with machines to acquire feedback and information from them directly, from low-tech machinery to extremely high-tech. He plans to use his abilities to determine how super-beings work, and use that knowledge to further his goals of gaining power in the world, to the point where he can pull the strings anywhere, at any time, and run vast social experiments to determine the nature of mankind at an almost inconceivable scale.
