Description
Those of you who remember my old account may recall a character in my old gallery by the name of Bash Cat. Bash Cat was originally made based around the DC Universe Online story that saw many random people suddenly gaining superhuman powers. She was a villain... or rather, she was pretending to be a villain. The other kids in her school that gained powers were all dumb as bricks. So she decided to be a villain for them to train against, so that they might actually live if they went out and fought a real supervillain.
But I had set Bash Cat aside. Some aspects of her design gained new life as Taizelle, but her story is completely different.
Then, when working on making Doctor-Awkward 's fantastic junior villainess Whirlybird, he had told me that she isn't truly evil, just that she uses her super powers for thievery. And then when I read her bio, it said that the junior heroes are sent to battle her as training for them, since she mainly treats them more like playmates than enemies. And that is AWESOME! And it got me fired up again for Bash Cat!
So, now Bash Cat is going back to her roots - the way she gets her powers and how they work are different, but many other aspects are coming back!
BASH CAT!
Julie Boutroux is an elementary student in the 5th grade, and she has a secret identity. By speaking some magic words, she is transformed from human girl to tiger-human girl! She gets a costume through that magical transformation, and a powerful defensive weapon, a shield! Her primary mode of attacking is to acrobatically leap upon her opponents and bash them with her shield to knock them down. She can also throw the shield, but hasn't completely mastered it, which means that sometimes the shield will get away from her, and she'll have to chase it down. It's her habit of bashing with the shield that has earned her the name Bash Cat!
In addition to playing villain to help train young heroes, she has sometimes transformed into Bash Cat and then lead heroes on a chase for the purpose of bringing them to an actual crime in progress.
Bash Cat is covered in fur so she's not naked!
Rendered in DAZ 4.9 with Nvidia Iray. Skin textures made custom in SAI. Hair, boots, gloves, bottoms, and tail from purchased items. Body shape including cat ears from purchased morphs. Bracers and Shield made by myself in Hexagon 2.5

She looks great Lion! The idea of a 'villain' toying/training young heroes is a cool and unique concept. Kinda like Catwomam and Batman if they were kids!

Yeah, exactly! She's way too innocent to either truly be bad or to realize how good of a thing she's doing - she just knows it's fun! (Though you and I know the cure for being too innocent and pure XD ) I'm very happy that you like her!

Cute!
You could put a purple or blue star, like one in the background, on her shield, with maybe a cat head outline inside it.

It's good to see an older character get dusted off and get new life.
