This is your birthday critique. I like the darkness over all it adds mystical power to the hard metal look at the focus. An explosion of metal being liquefied shows that even the strength of the strongest can be brought low. I really like the 3 D effect that the explosion blowing up into the the lookers face it is awesome and adds depth of field. The light shinning down is perfect too. Even in the out ends of the painting the light shins enough to gives you a glimpse of metal below,Over all it is great if I had to say one negative i would say i might of cropped the top just a bit.
