So this was for some fun. The idea came up when saying there were a lot (not all, but a lot) of Twilight fans I wanted to sit down in front if the TV and make them watch True Blood to see what vampires were supposed to be like. But not Bill. Conversation progressed and The Vampire Diaries were brought up and about how Eric Northman and Damon Salvatore would not tolerate the sparkles...

And thus Eric and Damon stomp a mudhole in Cullen. Sadly I've yet to read the Sookie Stackhouse novels, though I do plan on it, so for any purists out there Eric's look is based on the True Blood series. I do love the show. As for Damon, I've been reading LJ Smith's Vampire Diaries since I was ten, and that's been a very, very long time now so Damon is based on the way I've always visualized him. It was a really fun picture to draw and try and think about how the two characters would interact, Eric cool and collected, Damon outwardly flippant and bored, both having completely different emotions and thought processes going on under the masks. It would be hard to decide whether or not they would hate each other or get along really well, so I went for an in between, united over a mutual goal.

Don't leave rude comments, this is a for fun thing. No, I'm not a fan of Twilight myself, yes I've read it *and* seen the movie and while I don't like it, I don't absolutely hate Edward, if we were going by that there would be a far more graphic picture with entrails and bits strewn all over and it would be Bella. No Trolls plzkthnxbai.
