I can definitely see what you're going for, but you should definitely use a reference. I'm sure there is a lot of references of someone at that size. Also, what program do you use?

Then, you should definitely go for models. You can definitely improve dramatically from just using them. Especially since you use medibang.
Also, if you want cleaner lines go to the top and look for Corrections. Change number to like 36 and do quick Strokes. This will also make your lineup smoother
