Howell Talbot the ThirdTimitius character on Shadows under Sandpoint (or something like that) on James Jacobs campaign. This guy appears on Wayfinder 3. I'll link it up when the magazine is released.
The guy's face is based on Mr Magoo. Literally. He has the "typical" beard and mustache Abadar sports.
The axe is a weapon he picked up on the campaign with a story, so, not your typical weapon for a Paladin of Abadar
