Napoli - or "Naples" Is a city in Italy, but honestly I was just thinking of the opening to 'That's Amore' XD And the sign says "Coffee Italian" I guess XD

Anyway I'm on a total Don Smurfo spree, I'm kinda sad he isn't appreciated more :c He's a perfectly stand up Smurf, if a little full of himself sometimes (that's just part of his charm tho)

I also got to play around with the grape and mandolin effects, that was fun! Idk, I think this is a piece I might recrate in a couple years or something because I think it has potential, but I don't necessarily have the skill XD But I didn't want to mess it up so I've left it here

In my AU Don actually choses to come out of his books permanently because he gets a little lonely knowing he has real Smurfs that would accept him. Sureeee fighting dragons and ogres can be fun, but is it comparable to friend's who'll accept him? And Smurfling's who idolise him? Don takes the chance. Which pays off in the long run, Don finally meets someone - or rather, Somebody - that understands his insecurities. Sure first he has to put up with feeling looked down on, but once he discovers the truth behind Somebody's past it all makes sense, and Don proves he doesn't care. They're both perhaps not meant to exist, and yet they do. And it's beautiful.

He doesn't adopt Snappy persay, he's more like a brother, but Snappy does occasionally stay with them and jump on their bed in the morning so there's some more au trivia. His golden eagle is also out of the book.

Also he becomes a little chubby sometimes, he might be a dashing "hunk of Smurf" (as Nanny so delicately put it) but he just loves that pasta / pizza a bit too much, and there's less dragons to fight in Smurf village
