Me and both ship Lucy with different members of the posse so we have separate AU's - here's mine! Jet x Lucy! (Before I was Butterfrogmantis I was Emily-dino XD)

As a kid I was super into canon x oc, but in the way I hate now *shudder* I'd take a character, let's say his name was Jake the Cat and he was blue. I'd make my oc a pink cat by recolouring him and then giving her eyelashes. Her name would be totes original like .. Jane. Jake and Jane the cat. Yee. Anyway I can't stand that anymore, which is why I associate a lot of canon x oc with immaturity. I mean I have canon x oc in almost every fandom but I limit it, and even then don't draw it that often - as you can tell with TTTE Let's not even GO near what I was doing to Kung Fu Panda before the revamp -_- Ew.

Jet x Lucy was my first interspecies canon x canon (at the time I still had awful ships for Kane and Chow, but they've obviously been scrapped now. As a matter of fact, I may even pair Kane and Chow it has it's moments. KanexSkor is almost tempting for the sheer 'what the f*ck' factor)

But I always liked these two Sure Jet's immaturity stands in the way sometimes but there's some awfully adorable moments too watching the series again reminds me of why I liked it - only now I can actually draw properly and not rely on screenshots etc. I might just revamp Emily and Eggy XD (and uh, keep Eggy alive … sorry Janga, no revamp on your end )
