AAAAAAAAAAAA! IT'S DONE!!

Back when I first joined the fandom I had an idea that would combine Day Of The Diesels with Journey Beyond Sodor in a TTTE lion king parody. I've changed it slightly, but that's still more or less the premise XD

I was gonna make Edward Mufasa as he's Thomas' father figure - but I couldn't bring myself to kill him besides, the 'controller' = King worked. The uncle bit is otherwise removed.

So yeah, a 'summary' If you know the story of Lion King, it's literally the exact same.

The controller Sir Topham Hatt is raising Thomas, who is fated to take over and rule the Steam railway. A power hungry Diesel 10 is jealous of the child's power, believing himself to be a more suitable ruler than the Steamies. Meanwhile, Thomas and his best friend Percy hear rumours about the dieselworks and manage to evade the thin controller (who was tasked to look after them) and narrowly escape being caught by the diesels due to the fat controllers intervening. D10 is annoyed by their escape and along with his trio of devious diesels, Arry, Bert and Diesel himself, they plan to murder the fat controller and Thomas, and grant him access to power. D10 stages an accident involving a freight train, and convinces Thomas that he's guilty of the death of Sir.Topham Hatt. Confused and distraught, Thomas flees Sodor altogether and arrives on the mainland, eventually winding up in the care of Lexi and Theo, who essentially become his protectors (sorry Merlin, it's originally a duo)

Many years later, a stranger approaches the yard - and after a brief hostile encounter with Thomas, is revealed to be his childhood best friend, Percy. The two reconnect after a romantic evening, where Percy reveals that D10 and the other diesels took over the steamworks, and there's not enough supplies for everyone. Thomas deny's his right to being the controller, eventually stalking off, only to meet an old crane operator (Cranky) who shows him the spirit of Sir.Topham Hatt which convinces Thomas to return. Percy, Theo and Lexi follow him back to Sodor, where a battle between diesels and steamies occur. Thomas eventually defeats D10 and is able to take back the railway, and fulfil his right as the next controller, with Percy by his side.

So yeah basically the cast is:

Mufasa: Sir. Topham Hatt

Simba: Thomas

Scar: D10

Hyenas: Diesels

Nala: Percy

Timon and Pumbaa: Theo and Lexi

Rafiki: Cranky

Zazu: Thin Controller

(I guess Sarabi is Lady.Hatt but it doesn't matter so much)

This took an awful lot of work so I really hope you like it everyone!!
