So I do think engines can get married 'under the eyes of the fat controller / Sir Topham Hatt'. Steamies have a golden band fitted to their funnels (some may already have one but the shape is different) diesels' tend to have it on their coupling hooks or wherever else appropriate and non rail have it wherever possible.

If the engine is an awkward shape (aka Hugo or Pip and Emma then uhh … idk XD a gold band on their wheels? Pfft)

I guess a Donald x Bill version wouldn't look too different to this but Bill would have a bridal veil for defo since that's human au hc XD I'll probs do Capskiff version tho cause it's tasty~
