That looks like a Link To The Past Octorock with Ocarina Of Time (Or Majora's Mask) Link. And that really is the world's cutest Octorock! They were totally ugly in Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess. O_o I thought they were cute in Link To The Past and the original NES Game. Anyway, I'm rambling, so, nice picture! Great, actually.

The Octorocks in Link To The Past are about the same if you really look. They're just from a 3/4th top-view angle instead of a complete top angle. You can only see their eyes when they're looking down. Still, at least we can agree they're uuuuuuugly in Ocarina Of Time.
