It's nearly impossible to animated two different things in photoshop, at the same time. :c I failed you moo. She even asked for it to breathe, and that didn't even work.;;;;

Never used PS for animating (just msgif...blah) but my only thought would be to space out a bunch of still frames between the eye blinking and the tail wagging? For me the fact that they happen at the same time gives it this weird feeling. though, again, I have never used PS 
gah but sorry for the rambling semi-crit. What really drew me to this was the spring-feeling awesome colours, the smile, and those underbelly-skin-spots xD. I like how you pulled it altogether to make this adorable tag...Moo has to many good tags xP.

I can see how that would be difficult. DX I have heard GIMP is better at animating? Not sure, though, I have never tried it.

I think photoshop is not the best hardware for animations. Image ready is cool, you also have animation shop. Do you work with layers ?

Yeah I worked in layers, it's just she wanted it to blink, wag, and breathe and the combination was hard since I had to do different animation speeds for each.
