Description
Remember your life. Little small things of your mother kissing you and telling you to be good, your father smiling at you when you did something to please him. Siblings either pushing you around, or annoying you. Then a good moment of you guys getting along... Probably because your mom made you clean the house together after you destoryed it. Later in life, a first crush, boy or girl friend, kiss... Struggles with grades in school, that time that you couldn't care less, hanging out with your friends on weekends... A death of someone close to you. The return of laughter, sick jokes, boredom, summer vacations after winter vacations after spring. Criticism, encouragement, awkwardness. Everything has happened so fast up until now. Where were you a year ago? Five years ago? Ten? Everything, as fast as it came, it pauses. The sound that filed the empty spaces stops and leaves a chilling nothingness... A stand-still picture of you, smiling, surrounded by the people you love, and everything starts to melt. Papers, chairs, doors, people. Melted, flooding the earth, covering it with forgotten memories. The flooding sounds rush in your head, and light fades away. For moments, you're left with the roar of - and before you identify the sound, its gone. Darkness. Cold. For a very long time, you're left in a dark room, unsure on how you got there, but you only care that you're in the room. You're left to your thoughts - thoughts about your past don't phase you much. You don't mourn over the life you lost. All you mourn is your hollow self, more or less self pity. After a long time - you don't know if its only been minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years - theres a door that opens, and you hiss at the loud light that interruped your peace. People come in, and take you out, put a gun in your hand and send you on the street. Then you remember your real past. And you know what to do.
