How did you get the nails to stay? It looks real to me. O.o

I used Spirit Gum to hold the nails to my arm; liquid latex to make the nails appear as if they pierced my arm; makeup and paint to cover the liquid latex and then fake blood for effect.
I’m planning on redoing this, I’m not to happy with the yellow tint my camera blessed me with…
