It's just that he thinks he's cool, innocent, bad-ass, or anything. And he's not. Also people thinks he's a good guy when he acts so evil. He even killed 4 characters (Scott Tenorman's parents, Rob Riner, and Kenny). That's being so evil. And plus he's a mini hitler, who the holy fuck would ever like hitler? It's because that he hates Kyle, meaning he hates every Jewish people. And why in the holy fuck would he make fun of breast cancer? You know breast cancer is never funny. It's really a terrible disease. And I wanted Stan's Girlfriend (Wendy) to kick his ass. And most importantly why I don't like Cartman, is because that he's just...so...overrated. That's my point. But now I put him as my tenth least favorite character.
