They're not the one who designed Hyper Sonic. Besides it'd have to take up a large part of the screen to trigger Photosensitive Epilepsy.

I made an animated one like this a bit ago, but mine doesn't flash so fast! Yours is more prone to give someone an epileptic seizure

So is Hyper Sonic > Super Sonic > Standard Sonic? And in what game does one get to play as Hyper Sonic? I've played all the sega and dreamcast sonics.
