yea, but his actions do make him seem crazy. Plus, dementia is a form of psychosis, and the definition of the word psycho means either psychopathic, which is not his case, but there is also the definition of crazy, or mentally unstable. Since he has dementia, and demonstrates that he most likely has the most unstable mind in the game, the use of psycho as an adjective clearly describes him.
