First time I made it waaay too big, and I had to start all over.

Oh dear I get a lot of questions like this and it saddens me to say it but I get it from a local store. :c There are several places I have seen it, because I live near a pretty big city and there are some special effects stores and hobby shops, etc. that sell it, or you can always order it online and get it shipped to you.
You can also substatute liquid latex with regular white school glue, it works pretty much as good. I'm sorry if that didn't help.. :C

You're welcome! Can you use something else other than liquid latex though? Will it work the same? What do you recommend?

I recommend using white liquid school glue, it works great and I actually perfer it because it is easier to take off. However if you want it on for a long time, Glue doesn't work as well because it comes off after a while.
