Description
(They are far to adorable to be psychotic, deeply troubled teenagers... T__T )Thank god Burgess and Kubrick aren't alive to see Alex as a beaming, deformed stump... XD
Ahem. Yes
Yeah, so I had WAAAY too much fun creating this... 'piece'. I love it far more than is healthy. It makes me giggle like a school girl. Ook. If you don't know what the fudgey-wudge it is, it's a very fun and spiffy lineup of droogies from 'A Clockwork Orange", complete with codpieces (o_o), trousers, and hats. Smexy hats. Oo.
There's Dim looking, well, dim, Alex looking like some demented british pimp in 'Hello Kitty's Class Trip to White Castle" , Georgie-boy looking sorefully jealous of Alex's giant stick (...), and Pete looking all french and freakishly cute for such a bloodthirsty lad. Yarbles!
I was watching the movie while drawing this, so I got most of the little details in. I know Dim's outfit is a bit different, but.. meh. I tried. XD Anyway, enjoy the lovelyness that is droog! Stumpified! POOO!
>> Photoshop 7.0//tablet
>> about 2.5 hours
EDIT: Sorry, I had to make some miniscule changes (Georgie wears makeup? The hell! XD) I still didn't add in Dim's blood-stains, buuuuut... I couldn't make it not look... crappy

I wander in due to the DD (congratulations! ) and -- there's ACO fanart. Not just that, but...chibi ACO fanart. Holy fark.
It's mad genius, it is. The mere idea alone is brilliant. The execution is excellent. And they are downright adorable. I think you did well with the details. This is absolutely a
for me.

Ha, yes, chibi is usually a terrifying subject, what with their stumpy legs and giant, unblinking eyes, but psychotic chibis are the best of all
Thank you, and you get 5 billion cool points for saying "luuuuuuuuurve"

That is sooooo cutely freaking awsome man!^__^ Love it, really, i do. Amazing how people that are so downright.....bad can look so freakin adorable! Not something you would think would mix to well...ultra-violent vs. cute and cuddly.....hmmm....But it worked!
Honestly i've neither seen nor read 'Clockwork orange' but that doesn't make me completely illiterate to it, i spent half my life trying to figure out where the 'clockwork get-up' came from that made brief appearances in different T.V. shows over the years. Whoo!! Four weeks(or so) ago i figured it out and i went on a mission and found the book! Next mission....read it! After that....find the damn movie!!*realizes how much i've rambled on and on*
Uh....whoops, i tend to do....that. But you know already that i like your pic!! And for fear of rambling on further i'm outta here, but not without a freaking fav man!!!

Hey, rambling is good. I'm an expert at it
Thank you very much! Sometimes cute and... evil... go together well. As for me, I loved Clockwork Orange before I had any clue what it was. I had always seen the getup as well, or references to it, so I was always curious
Thank you! :3

gesus, somehow I think Burgess and Kubrick would be rolling in their graves if they saw this. Hahaha, this goes against EVERYTHING that novel/movie is about......and that makes it all the more hillarious.

I still think that it's really too bad that neither of them are still alive, I mean, Burgess is one of the most original and ingenious literary minds ever, and Kubrick, the guy makes one hell of a good sinny.
Super badass, for sure.

Buuya In reply to razorwirepuppet [2005-04-19 01:33:03 +0000 UTC]
I agree... Burgess's works are some of my favourites; he had a simply gorgeous way of stringing words together, like flowing human thought. I wish he was still around to keep them coming. As for Kubrick... it's Kubrick! C'mon! I would give my left ass cheek to have him back, doing what he does best XD
*cringes at thought of being leftasscheekless*
Thank you very much, and for the fav

Completely original is perhaps the best way to put it... I love his books so much. They're like taking in a massive, surreal painting while hyped up on cold medication (only better )
