Ishoko Kashino/ Kamen Rider Rabyon (柏野衣祥子/仮面ライダーラビヨン Kashino Ishōko/ kamen raidārabiyon) is the seventh participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed, being one of the two repacement riders for the second on-screen game.
She is the only daughter of a countryside family with 3 brothers, and was criticized by her father because of this. he said that he was very unlucky to have a weak girl instead of another strong boy that would help him at the farm they own. Deeply traumatized for that, she moved to a bigger city and became a doctor. After saving someone that had a panic attack on the street, she was asked by the DGP navigator, that was seeing all the situation, to join the game as a Kamen Rider. She accepted with the desire of her medical carrer to skyrocket so her family would be proud of her.

Her rider form is a white rabbit-based rider that utilizes the Healer Raise Buckle (ヒーラーレイズバックル Hīrāreizubakkuru), based on medical equipment, named after the RPG healer class. She uses the Healer Syringe Gun (ヒーラーシリンジガン Hīrāshirinjigan) to heal allies, but also can be used to zap the strength from her enemies and , injected into herself, give her a strength boost, with this boost being usable in other people as well.

Rabyon's main finisher is the Healer Strike (ヒーラーストライク Hīrāsutoraiku), in which she drains the strength of her foe, applies it to herself and delivers a Rider punch surrounded by green energy symbols similar to the ones in her buckle.
