Thank you, this is actually a pencil copy from a reference picture. I believe it was a piece done by the group of seven (famous Canadian landscape painters), I did it for an art assignment in class, I don't necessarily like to do anything too time consuming (why I stick to manga style), but I think this one is pretty good and as always thank you for the kind words.

There's still snow in Canada, It's February, this is the first time snow I've seen snow last this long. nonetheless, it's still beautiful, sadly it's also extremely cold.

My friend does that, they're what you call "Real Canadians", I however enjoy crafting snowballs by the dozen. Then I leave them out to harden and they become iceballs, I treat them as works or art, however my friends just takes them and uses them as weapons.

lolz "ice art/weapons", but no it takes like 5 freezing minutes to conjure one up. It hurts, but I'm used to it after these 5 years. One of my old friends made bricks by grating them against the wall to produce perfect snow forts. Man, were they perfect.

He somehow made a square fortress, it was really small since we were 9 or something. Still pretty impressive though. The Inuits who make Igloos are experts, they take 3 to 6 hour to make one. Me and my friends are no where near as impressive as these guys.

Sounds awesome! And, dang, 3 hours? Ain't nobody got time fo dat! So, are lots of accents there? I just love listening to others' accents! Well, now I sound creepy.... but I probably have a “southern accent" so whatever.

I have a prepubescent teenage accent (if that's even an accent). Yeah here in Canada, we're very multicultural so we have all sorts of accent. Fench, Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Southern, African. Overall it's a very lively place. Anyways I'm going to go work on my next piece of art, this one will probably take quite some time. So bye bye.

It's a sketch of one of the group of seven's piece I believe. The original is much better, mine's is a bit too bright and the brown for the mountains isn't the right brown. But overall I was pretty happy with it.

I don't paint traditionally at all, I never had that gift, it's just too hard for me, but the painting you showed me, was probably way better than me painting now cause I've sort of given up on it due to lack of skills in the subject.

Well that was actually a painting of a famous painter, I forgot who. I think my favorite part of traditional painting is that you have to actually create the colors, rather then digital painting where the colors are made for you.

That is very true, but it's possible to create pretty much any effect with digital, I just haven't learned the techniques yet.

They are so cute when they're in their baby form and the adults are cute too (though I'm sure a full grown male animal wouldn't like to be called "cute"), but still all animals are cute in my opinion, even aye ayes and blob fishes.

online, it's basically impossible, but yeah I speak to adults who are speak Cantonese in Canada and they're always like woah you know how to speak Cantonese. I left China (Hong Kong) at the age of 7, so my Cantonese is the equivalent of someone in grade 2.
