The cyan colored flecks on them are bio-luminescent spots!! The tip of their tongue acts as an angler-fish's light would, since the tip of it glows brightly. All it has to do is slowly draw their tongue back into their mouth to lure prey and CHOMP!!

- You can minorly change the design so long as the key elements remain intact. Story/identity and clothing related aspects are up to your discretion.
