If the evolutions get good secondary types, that'd be enough to sway me. (Not Fire/Fighting again, though, I hope.)

UGH RIGHT LMAO i'm so tired of fire/fighting.... my prediction is either fire/dark or fire/psychic for litten.  i secretly hope rowlet goes grass/ground, like a burrowing owl??  guess we'll just have to wait 'n' see lol

Well, they just did Fire/Psychic for Fennekin's evolutions, so I doubt they'll do that twice in a row. Fire/Dark would be a good combination, and would fit in with the personality of cats being a bit mischievous in Pokémon (Meowth, Purrloin, etc).

As you say, we'll have to wait and see.
