I like this character design and the coloring of her a lot! Only thing I see which is weird to me, (I might be the only one who feels that way) is that line above the upper lip. I feel like it would of been nicer looking with out it, or maybe put it below the lower lip. Minor nitpick to an overall great drawing.

Very nice! You draw facial expression so well! The shading is great and you draw clothing well. The only problem I see is the hands, they look a bit chunky.
