It's not nearly as hard as it sounds.
Especially with the path tool. ^_^
And thank you once again.

The title is a vague reminder that I just deleted my Windows yesterday by accident when I was trying to fix an external hard drive... :/
Ironically, I got the external hard drive fixed, but I broke my internal, so now I have to use the external as my internal...
And I lost all my WIP's too...
And I hate using Ubuntu... Sorry for the random vent here.
Anyway, the image is beautiful and I really think the grayscale coloring does the job.

I'm sorry, but it made me chuckle.
How did you break your internal hard drive, btw?
And thanks.

Oh it's fine. Twas a great learning experience anyway. Not great as in awesome, but great as in, "don't be stupid".
I broke it because I shocked it. The internal hard drive didn't have enough energy to run alone off of the USB cord so I plugged it in to the wall. Still didn't have energy. I turned the voltage up (the plug had a switch to change the volts) and passed what I meant to put it as, and it got shocked to death. Such a sad story, I know, but whatever. I guess so. There wasn't anything too important otherwise, so I'm okay. So thanks for listening, I'm sure that was enlightening to ya.
And no problem!

Yes, it sure was enlightening. Never heard of someone plugging his hard drive into a wall outlet directly. XD
Now I know why.

Oh, well that's kind of normal. My hard drive connector was a bit different. I already knew the correct power amount to use, but I messed up in switching it. The connector came directly from the external hard drive case because I took it apart. So eh.
*Trying to back everything up, ends up deleting everything instead.
Hey, life's a box of chocolates, so I ain't too mad. I deal with my own issues.

Yeah ^^
I Like black and White... Most of My Draws are Black and White... in these times I doesnt have much time to Colouring, you know... To Much Studys.. Tests.. Being an Artist and a Veterinarian at same time is very hard... So I prefer to do Veterinarian Right than the Art.
But when I Find Time.. I'll colour.. well Thats it.
See ya ^^

Whoa, you're really improving! I love the change in scenery, and they actually look really good in your anthro style. Keep up the fantastic work!!
Just try and work on proportion a bit better - Her right leg is bigger than her left.

Wow! Something just makes this picture stand out. I love the tail. I also like the fact that you went for the black-and-white - it gives it a very cool 'old photo' look, plus it makes the eyes more vibrant.
Very nice.

The first thing I notice was her eyes. Why? Because her eyes are the only thing with colour. This is a clever, and most of the time conciously unnoticed trick. It's cool and low, as to not distract us as our eyes navigate the rest of the piece. Though... their lightcatches are the wrong way. The dominant lightsource is the window, correct? Then ligth would come from the right, hit her eyes and reflect off to us, the viewer. Here, it looks like the dominant lightsource is above, a lightbulb perhaps? I feel the sun would be stronger.
The horn seems low because the hair ends too high. In the show they are ponies so it's hard to imaging them with human proportions, but certain characteristics hint to us who the character is subconciously. Twilight's fringe covers the very tops of her eyes in the show, and it would benefit Twilight here if her hair also covered the tops of her eyes.
Her ear attaches at the top of her head? It should attach further back, or atleast further than the hair curving behind it indicates. You've taken the distance between the ear and eye from the show, but remember the differences in proportion from pony to human.
The tail doesn't make sense to me. How is it pointing up like that? I know that in the show their tails seems to exit their spines at gravity-defying angles, but it's a nice gneeral curve back down (for most tails, at least). Here's it just juttes out and then immediately goes limp. The highlights also indicate a lubm-bulb above instead of the sun's rays being dominant, but the shading on the bed says otherwise. Tails are 3D objects, remember this.
overall, her legs are quite long, her thighs particularly.
I like how the edges are dark, as it leads out eyes towards the centre. Compositionally-wise, this is excellent.
