WRITE them Down.
Redraw the same picture exactly, categorically correcting what you think was wrong the first time.

Inking is as much of a skill as the actual illustrators. I have found the best inkers are also awesome artists in their own right. It takes time, and sometimes the pencilers and the inkers styles don't match no matter how good either of them are. You can take an awesome inker and put it with a poor artist and they can make the work rock. And then you can take a poor inker and an awesome penciler and the piece can just go downhill fast. Find an artist you like, and that your inks compliment their work and you will find yourself much happier every single time.
