You've got a good handle on the cell shading style and your use of high saturation and contrast is coming along well.
However, critique doesn't exist to pat your back so... on to anatomy and clarity.
The anatomy is highly stylized, which is fine in and of itself, but clarity would be welcome as well. For hooves take me a little to understand what they are. The muzzle area is also a bit confusing.
To help you with this in the future I recommend doing some anatomy studies. Not of perfect show ponies, not at all. There's a whole slew of pony artists that heavily stylize pony anatomy and I think you would get the most from trying to figure out how they keep that clarity and add personality to the anatomy of their ponies.
Find new things, and incorporate them into your style in your own way.
As a whole you've got a really good grasp on seeing the big picture and the impression your pieces are giving. To work on: Expanding. Try new things, new composition types, new extremes of lighting and new ways of presenting pony anatomy.
As always, the ratings system makes no sense to me so... 4 stars for everyone! Critique is for improvement, not rating.
