Yeah, i think i know the picture, she's wearing a dressing gown or something like that, smiling...
One of the postcards was also from the seven year itch, that's a funny movie, even thou I don't like the character they gave her...
Hey, what's your favorite Marilyn-movie, by the way? Was it niagara?
And happy new year too!

i am torn between 'Niagara' and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' - mainly cos i just love GPB to death, but Niagara is so dark, its such a different role for her. When she is tossing and turning in the sheets and the bells toll outside her window, its just great. thankyou for asking!
and you are dead on about the picture! i loved the seven year itch, it was just a role, and it definetely gave her a lot more publicity and iconic status. that pose has been reproduced so many times

You're absolutely right about the seven year itch-pose!
I went to an art gallery last weekend and there was a little shop next to it, that sold a lot of art stuff and books, and I found a Marilyn-book that had so many wonderful pictures of her. Anyway, I didn't have much money left so I had to leave it there...
But it nice to see rare shots of her, and there are a lot of them!
