-once purchased the character belongs solely to the buyer.
-the character CANNOT be used for commercial purposes without permission first (may add a fee, would be discussed)
-the character can be changed slightly but should still resemble the original design
-do not claim the design as your own, you don't need to credit every time you use the adopt but don't say you created it yourself
-personality and details are up to the owner
-you can pay via paypal or DA points, the conversion is 100DA points=$1.00 (since DA takes a percentage)
-winner will be given the the fullsize drawing
-you may not resell, trade, or give away the character without informing me

Oh the one I use doesn't check junk mail. If it's coming straight to your inbox then you need to turn on the exclusive filter on your outlook account.

I use this extension for my emails: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firef… . It's extremely reliable and syncs with lots of different accounts. I have it synced to two gmail accounts and my outlook.

You can check. On Outlook.com, click on the cogwheel then options. Then click on Filters and reporting. Click on 'exclusive' if you've not got it selected already.

It should do. I've had it like that for years and I never get unwanted mail into my inbox. You will need to check your junk mail on occasion, though. It's overly strict sometimes.
