Having thought about it for a while,
I drew this outfit on the right on Maria a little bit ago (fav.me/daiu98h ) and I absolutely love it to death, so i drew it again & edited some of its elements (no flower crown either lol)
but knowing my OC is an APH oc i still feel like its a bit too complex in design to fit the setting of hetalia
but i've been using my bab for literally years and because she's an oc i've applied her to so many human aus or different countryverse settings that shes beyond just an aph oc, and i know many of us aph oc creators feel that way ??
that's why i consider the 2nd outfit more like her 'representation of panama version 2.' outfit, while her main one is still hers with the blouse & green dress <3

yeah basically: a draw of maria in my favorite main outfits on her
they still share many elements in common since those are ones i'd consider important to represent in panama's outfit

may as well share a tiny OC community opinion here, too: i also find it hilarious how people create an oc and yet copy another person's oc's outfit/appearance because they couldnt think of an original one for their own or find a different reference on pinterest when in reality ??? even if its the same country all countries are so diverse ? look at these outfits they look nothing alike and they're both authentically Panamanian, lmfao. so copying someone's outfit design for an oc = lazy and primitive.
