i used paint, the miniwinx garderobe of winxclub.com and blingee.com 
oww.. and movie maker
but it's really difficult.. because you have to make pictures.. and in every picture you have to make a chance.. sooww..

No, I already know how to do that. Such transformations MiniWinx I used to do always. ^ ^
I mean, if I want to make a pure GIF, it is clear that the maximum GIF must be 100x100 pixels! But just so small, I do not want that.
As your transformation is more than 100 pixels, but I want to know about why you do it so big.
And 'Movie Maker' ausserden? This is but a video, right? Videos can be done as well in Deviantart? If so, how? ^ - ^

ohh.. so you wanna know how i uploaded this gif?? 
simply... you go to: 'Submit Art'
under 'Deviation Title' there is: 'Category'
you click on that... you choose: "DIGITAL ART"
then: "MISCELLANEOUS"
and in the last you choose: "ANIMATION"
then you upload you GIF file!!
then you click by 'preview' on CHOOSE.
and then you choose a picture!
then you click on send. and voila... you have your GIF animation!
