I usually wouldn't give nicknames to my pokemon, but recently I've been nicknaming them.
I feel like it helps show their individuality because I'm lame like that. ^-^
And I won't be waiting at the gates, but I'll sure as hell be waiting! lol
And my brother is getting the Y version as I get the X. It's good because we can get the other pokemon that are exclusive to both games.
