Commander Peepers! Probably contemplating his fate in "The Axe" episode. I worked SO HARD on this. I managed to use lots of new techniques. Most of the time I was thinking "Where did I learn to do that?" Haha! The background is definitely an improvement from not being able to draw them at all. I wanted to do Commander Peeper's justice
