At first I was going to do something completely different for this but I decided to do this instead.So what's goins on? Well This hapened way way back when Purple got his first glance of what was then the current Tallest, Milady Miyuki. I think this was the very first time actyally realised 'OMG! there's an opposite sex!'
Pur's had a schoolboy crush on Miyuki ever since. He was devistated when she was killed!
Strangely, he's never really crushed on any-one since. He thinks romance is nausiating which is weird cuz everything about him suggests he's a romantic. He didnt think so with Miyuki though. uh uh.
There are so many mistakes in this! I got so tired half-way through it and started skimping in certain areas.
I'm not happy with Pur's blush in the middle-ish panel. The panel under that's perspective is off.
I like him in the third panel but I think he came out the best in the last one.
Ok, that's it. Cue that James Blunt song!
*starts to sing*

Despite the "mistakes" you claim there are in this comic, I think it's quite cool.
Again, I don't know this Miyuki character ( was she a real character in Jhonen's mind? ), but I like your comic. No words for explaining it, but no need of any word at all; only eight panels, some of them with great detail (I loved that close-up on Miyuki's eyes).
It's a cool comic, don't bring yourself down.

Miyuki was the Tallest before The Tallest were the Tallest. She's from the cancelled episode 'The trial' So yeah she's an official character. but I designed her look before I saw the concept sketch of her so my version of her looks nothing like the 'official' Miyuki
