Still trying to figure this dude out. His eyes are the size of friggen dinner plates!! Not to mention his mouth is so ridiculously expressive. It's a lot more extreme in terms of expressions than I'm use to @___@ It's tricky. Am i getting anywhere with these? I'm glad you guys liked the last one
Some of these I do like a lot, but I'm trying to keep them in character which is hard since, like I said, I'm use to characters who are more reserved.
I like drawing his bod though. He's super skinny XD

Your style for Dax is just so adorable! You do very well drawing his expressions. I think they look really in-character but if you want to do a double take you can always just look at the cutscenes on YouTube, that's what I do

Haha, studying is the best way to figure out how to draw specific characters. What's super neat and helpful too are the game's cutscenes, since you can pause them and draw.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with the little fast-talking weasel (Β ) to be able to have an opinion of him one way or another, but I've always found the parallel between him and Jak with Clank and Ratchet very clever and interesting. Β I see what you did there PlayStation. Β Smooth move.Β

XDD The "comedy duo in a platformer video game" happened more times than just with Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank, but those two were the most popular from that time on the PS2. Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank have VERY different personalities though which is nice. None of them are the same person which is really great

I love all of the different expression you have shown with Dax here. I can easily see him making any one of these in a given situation and Dax is a character that is expressive in his voice and body language. I say you're doing a great job with him.
