*maniacal laughing*Ok yes. This is MUCH better than a few years ago, wouldn't you say?
And for a "I'm feeling kinda lazy and want to draw something quick" how did this turn into a multiple hour drawing I stayed up way too late working on????Anyway.
I don't actually have much to say about this one to be honest. I gave Dax a fringe because the boy needs it. Also Ottsel!Dax has an INSANE amount of markings on him I never realised before I actually had a look at his in-game textures. Holy crap.
Anyway now I'm just looking for things to say so nevermind.

Seeing them side by side really makes it obvious how much more work you put into everything, now. I remember being really impressed at how the toes went from a squaretangle with lines on them to individual toe noodles, then realizing the whole juxtaposition was like that. I didn't say this on the actual comparison picture because

XD haha! Thanks! Yeah, I've always had an alright grip (no pun intended) on hands but I use to be lazy with them. Lately I've been focusing on them a little more and I'm getting nice results. However, feet have always been a plain mystery to me! So I'm doing my best to give them some proper attention and not be... you know... lazy. Although I think the original really was me completely lost as to how to approach them at all, where as here I've at least practiced enough to get them looking close to human XD
