Very nice! I have to admit, I was a bit excited to see a new page! You do well with placement of panels, and the speech bubbles seem alright... You might want to try keeping them a define shape, but I don't know how that would work out unless you typed the dialogue instead of wrote it. I don't know much about comics either
I really like the way you draw Page, and his mouth always seems to keep a certain shape, it's fun to watch him talk and move.

I wish! No sadly I have a mac so Sai doesn't work on my machine ;____; I have a ton of custom brushes for Photoshop I use. The ones I used in this comic where the default brushes and a package called "Frank's Brushes" which I think I must've gotten from a CD from an issue of ImagineFX magazine
XDD Hopefully Page isn't exactly like Team Rocket's Meowth (since I like Meowth a lot and don't want to just copy the character exactly.)

YEAH, PAGE KNOWS WHAT'S UP.
If you're having trouble with speech bubbles, sometimes making them first and the drawing second helps. That way you don't accidentally eat up all the space with your drawings, etc. But you seem good so far.
