Description I've been watching it a lot lately. I haven't finished it yet though XP I've struggled watching it before but that's because I was trying to watch it the same way I watch Utena instead of just accepting the stranger parts of the show at face value. As such I was trying to look for symbolism and deeper meaning where there wasn't any and it was frustrating me. So I never finished it. I'm enjoying it more this time around though. so I'll finish it this time.

I still can't draw any kind of anime style, so I just draw it however I want, I suppose.

I remember watching this show several years ago...I remember it was really depressing. And yeah, it was a lot weirder and darker than I originally thought it would be. Just looking at the intro made me think it would be meant for a younger audience, but I was so wrong.Β

It's very interesting It's girly in that it's a show about ballet, but it's actually rather dark for an anime aimed at a younger audience, and it's really about fairytales blending into reality, and about a prince who shattered his own heart to seal away a monster raven. Princess Tutu appears to restore the shards of his heart, but in doing so she not only brings suffering to the prince, but she also could unleash the monster. Also, she herself cannot tell the prince about her true feelings because her role in the story is that if she does she will turn into a speck of light and disappear.
Also, she's not actually human. She is a duck who was turned into a human girl because she wished to do something for the Prince who looked so sad to her.

So... it's girly... but it's not all PINK! SPARKLES! YAY! HAPPINESS!!
It's... about a lot of suffering XD;; and ballet.

But all of that kind of suffering is the girly kind of stuff girls like.Β  It's fairy tail heart suffering, and that usually consists with love stuff, which is girly.Β  The only heart suffering guys would have is high cholesterol. LOL

I don't actually know. I don't even seem to use time to draw for myself at the moment... and yet I do want some funds to spend on things. So I actually don't know what to do on that front at the moment

i gave this one a try as well and i actually liked it better before Princess Rue got her powers actually, i feel that she Works better as a psycological villain tan as a "fisical" one

ohh I LOVED Princess Tutu
Especially the edning, though I won't spoiler anything here.
Even though it isn't really the stuff I usually watched I gave it a shot and was amazed that it was darker than I expected.
She looks gorgeous, good work
