Monster Kid looks so cute and I am so glad that he would back down. Like, seriously, he does a lot of stupid things and endagers himself and others. I can't wait for the next page and to finally find out what will happen between Sans and Chara. Gosh, I love this comic way too much. Someone help me!

Actually...we don't really know how many HP Sans really has, only that it must be equal to or less than nine million, nine hundred ninety-nine thousands, nine hundred and ninety nine.....
The 1 hp thing is just a meme made by the fan community, combined with the fact that Sans' attack and defense are 1 and Sans is apparently "the weakest monster."

Although, I do wonder if Toby would bother to put any number other than 1, considering that Sans was supposed to die in that one attack, but for narrative purposes, it could still be more....
Then again, maybe here in Time Scar Sans was knocked down to a decimal of a hit point, like in "Deeper Down" by Zeragii, and therefore still recover HP from the candy Monster Kid gave him here.
