As a brass musician I am a little baffled. The trombone has the most unique shape and look of any of them.
Many brass musicians play more than one. You could always give him a bone AND a trumpet.

They're made of brass, not gold. The color is a little different, lighter. Also, trumpets are more commonly made of silver than any other instrument apart from the flute. I have a silver horn myself. It's harder to play, but gets better sound quality - the heavier metal needs harder vibrations to really resonate. <3

X'D I know that. I just meant the colour. Visually, all I see is a confusing collection of gold coloured tubes. And although if you put both of them in front of me I could see the difference, to just know offhandedly is confusing to me.
