So from the look's on the Human's face and them fleeing from Papyrus, I believe this is the round after Genocide, where Frisk is just scared of showing themself to anyone they have hurt in the past round, not forgiving themselves.
They run away not wanting to hurt Papyrus again. That would also explain Sans' scar on the chest that was left after the Genocide Run.

Is it me or are there two frisks? because now that I remember - Sans ran into a Frisk who went in the direction he directed them to but another Frisk came to that exact place but not from the same direction the first Frisk went in.
Plus it might just be me but their hairstyles (mainly the bangs) seem a bit different from each other but that probably is just my eyes being weird on me
plus the stripes! One Frisk has black stripes and this Frisk has white stripes.
Sorry if it's supposed to be obvious. I just wanted to be sure
