Behold, my birthday gift to the inspiring ! Abel and Searose, a mermaid who was loosely based on Nerin, meets that very mermaid!

I think I should talk about some of these moments because, for some reason, I feel like I'm taking risks. Don't question.

- At first, I did a sketch where Nerin examines Abel's feet. Though, I find it unclear if Nerin has even met a human before...? Also, I can never help having mermaids wrap 'captives' in their tails. I'm sure CU would not think about drawing something like that, but hey, it's adorable!
- Next, Nerin properly interacts with Searose with a spin. ...And I'm sure that some older fans of CU will at least get a sense of nostalgia from this, hmmm...?~
- And the last moment speaks for itself, I guess.

Something that I hoped would not happen - Nerin's hair colour did not come out accurately. I did use the matching colour-pencil, but my printer/computer did not like it, apparently.
Still, the shading and background's great, once again.

And on that note, I hope you enjoy this and your birthday, Jess! (Even though you celebrated it sooner than later . )

Oh, and before I forget, for those who watch me but not her, she remade Searose not long ago.
