It's close enough to be for Halloween, right?This art is to celebrate another upcomming cross-over fighter: 'Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale'.
It's just an incredible dissapointment that 2 of this art's characters might not make it to the finished game. THAT'S RIGHT, I was ALSO a huge fan of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro back in the day. But mostly Crash. The first proper game I played from his series was 'Crash 3 Warped', and I loved it. Heck, my whole family loved it. Crash Bash and the whole GameBoy Advance line-up wasn't bad, either.
And you gotta love Spyro the Dragon too, being cute and tough at the same time. Playing 'Gateway to Glimmer' and having him interact with Crash's world in the 'Fusion' GBA games was great.
But man, I never thought they'd be THIS popular enough to be requested for All-Stars! In fact, I have to agree with the fans about one thing: Activision keeps Crash and Spyro locked up in cages. SERIOUSLY, Acty?! Can't you see that it's time to bring them back to Sony?! I mean, Namco, Capcom and even Konami were happy enough to join in!
Anyway, Crash and Spyro are in the art with 2 other classic mascots who ARE in Playstation All-Stars: Sir Daniel (MediEvil) and Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet). I've never played their games (I don't think I'd ever want to play MediEvil, anyway.), but I've been researching a few of them on the internet.
The four of them are about to face a 'Playstation 1 era' mastermind who is highly rumoured to be the final-boss of the game...
...Dang, just when I thought CORTEX was gonna get some spotlight, too.

The crossover was a garbage cause it don't had classic characters like Crash, Cloud (who is now in Sm4sh) and Spyro.

The only Shooter I enjoy is the Multiplayer in Sonic Robo Blast 2.
Because that's more complex, different, and very fun.

Man I absolutely love this image! It captured the feel of all the Playstation hero's at their best! And I agree with everyone else on the matter that Crash & Spyro should be in in the game. I mean COME ON, it's called Playstation "ALL-STARS" for a reason without those two there is no Playstation! I also love the emotion on the characters too, how Crash and Polygon Man have their staredown is just completely mind-boggling I really hope they make even if it's as a DLC.

I'd wish Activision would let them free, they've suffered enough hell. Long do I wish for the return Classic Spyro, he was my childhood too.

...Do not get me started on what Activision did to Spyro. I will go on a rant for who knows how long. Long story short, Activision damn near killed one of the points that made my childhood great, and it upsets me to the core.
Don't get me wrong, I love Crash too, but Spyro was a core part of my videogame career and looking at what he is now...it hurts.
Great picture, though. I will admit it's a little weird seeing Crash drawn in his "Classic Trilogy" version, but that's just cuz I'm so used to drawing him like he appeared in "Crash Twinsanity". The differences are subtle , but there. And I love how you drew Sir Dan; he looks fantastic!
