You had to find and purchase a wristband and then wait in line and hope you're one of a certain number that actually gets to see him. They don't tell you there's a cutoff point OR where to get wristbands, so ask around. Otherwise you'll be hella confused.

In the dealer room. They don't make it obvious, which was dumb. You have to ask around. It seems to be different in different places though. Some might hand them right out at the ticket booth and others might be in the dealer room, so ask around if/when you get there.

I wish I'd been able to take a better picture, it came out really grainy--although the one with my camera didn't. Still, it really was wonderful--he's a very nice man. And I'm glad he took your story.

My mom just read that story(I printed a copy for her) and while she knows nothing of Transformers beyond names and images, she said she hopes he does read it. And I'm sure he WILL if he hasn't already.

Probably did. It sounded like the person who asked me if I had Starscream with me. Same voice.
Of course in Dance I make it pretty darned clear Optimus doesn't understand gender and that he comes from a world where gender, reproductive abilities and appearances aren't important. So it can't really be called SLASH if there is no MALE OR FEMALE, right?
So that person looked like the fool.

What touched me was how gracious Mr. Cullen was when I gave him the fanfic. It wasn't a "thank you, now let's hurry up and sign your stuff" thing, he really took that moment, paused and said it so heartfelt and softly that you could tell it was truly genuine gratitude and not said just to be courteous.
And in the panel...I did ask what Optimus' best pick up line is, and in THE VOICE, SULTRY AS HELL, he said "Nice shine."

Oh wow, that's... That's something. I wish I could say something more eloquent than that, but it's all I have. It says a lot for Mr. Cullen as a human being-- even though he's famous, he's still able to express sincere gratitude. (If that makes sense.) This gives me hope for humanity.
Oh, awesome! That had to have rocked seven ways to Sunday. xD And now I'm going to be forever stuck with that line stuck in my head, nor does it help that I'm watching Transformers as we type.

Oh, Cullen was such a peach. When his panel was over, he stayed back and tried to sign for everybody who wanted it, and the bouncer security guys had to practically remove him bodily because he was trying to get to everybody.
And his eyes are so blue, he has the same look in them as movie Optimus does--that gentle caring. I really got a sense of how Mikaela felt in Dance when he held her while she cried.

You know Cyndi given that, I can see you in a TF movie as a new character. Which IMO for any TF fan would be a dream come true. Right?
I bet you got more books and toys huh? The movie versions comics as seen in my recent gallery posts are really ones you gotta get. The Transformers Movie Guide in my second TF collection pic has alsot of data on the robots, I mean alot. Well worth getting.
Such as Blackout being as tough as he is, he is a big wuss inside, which means he could be easily fooled or made to switch sides. Bumblebee, he may be small ,but he is very agile and fast which makes him difficult to catch.
