Oswald Cobblepot. The Penguin former crime boss of Gotham. After a couple of decades of supervillain to mob boss Penguin after meeting a woman named Dovina Partrich who is a socialite and fellow bird lover. Due to her not wanting to date a criminal Oswald decided to go straight and make a legit business despite the skepticism from Batman and other heroes. He currently works with the GCPD and Batman in cases of emergencies. He is also good friends with Bruce Wayne and owns a fashion company as well as his old club the Iceberg lounge. At childhood he, Roman Sionis, Harvey Dent, and Bruce Wayne were friends with him being the wild prankster that had anger issues and he still goes have anger issues but learned to manage them and put that energy into art and design.

Sometimes his former friends like Joker and Mad Hatter tell him to come back for another caper but he always tells them no due to just wanting to live a more honest life with the woman he loves...Doesn't mean a part of him is nagging to return to do capers for fun but he shuts it down because reasons as before.
