Description After rewatching the second season of The Walking Dead I have to admit that Shane is the most interesting character from my point of view.
Loved his development to the bad guy and the tension between Rick and him.
I think he is what lacks in season 3... the Governor is an unlikeable and boring bad guy.
PS CS5 - 10 hours

mine too, somehow the series lack such a character like him. Someone in the group that isn't a always good person.
But I gave up my hopes after season 3.... 3 and 4 were pretty bad in my opinion :/ sadly, cause I loved the second and especially the first.
thanks a lot! (:

Your welcome, I dunno I like the Governor but hes not like Shane he went through so much and you could
see it was changing him.
I really wish they would've kept him alive, because he didn't kill Rick when he had the chance instead he taunted him
trying to make him act.
I was so shocked when Rick stabbed him.
But anyway great picture.

Really? I never really liked the Governor in any way.
Yeah he didn't kill Rick by the first chance he got but I'm quite sure he would have by his next.
Shane was just not so much of a hero, he was more selfish and more human in some way.
The other characters especially Rick are just too good in some way.
Thanks again :3

I like the background, it looks pretty nice, even though is all blurry,

I find the walking dead to have very intersting characters, though I'm so afraid of the zombies that have only read the wiki... XD

I don't know, the whole Woodbury episodes and the governors relation with andrea made the third season to my least favourite :/

yeah, it is my least fav as well, but for the lack of good moments mostly. You know, you just need some cheerful/silly moments as well, and i dont recon more than what two? in this last season. It was extremelly ANGSTY, we lost 3 characters from Atlanta :/
And i have to agree about that, the andrea-gob  relationship was getting on my nerves already
I think they were kind of unfair with her character. they really back off on her a lot from the quite clear-mind woman she used to be.

yeah you're right. I also miss Dale so much :/
I've never really liked Andrea, hated her since the moment where she left the girl alone because she said it's her decision if she wants to die, just because she wanted to die one time, doesn't make her a pro about suicide.

DALE♥ i loved dale. he was the psychologist of them all.

you know, i never liked andrea that much neither. I mean, i liked her in s1, amy seemed the catalyst for her temper, and i accept she was clever and strong, but i started to dislike her since s2. she changed so much. and i understood you know, she has lost everything. literally. so yeah, i can see why she adopted that shadowing-dontcareashitanymoreaboutnothing behavior, but at some point it started to bother me because she was being an ass for the group itself.

about the scene with Beth, i had mixed feelings. on one hand i agree with you, she had no right to encourage beth to 'try' and 'discover if she wanted to really die or not', and surely letting a potencial suicidal alone previously telling her words that will not help in that moment  (i remember she told beth that 'the pain never go away' or something like that, and yeah i know she felt that way so it might or might not be true, depends on the person but still). On the other hand, a part of me thought at the time that maybe she needed it.
But after a time to think about it, i think it wasnt a good move. Beth needed contention from his father and sister. she needed reassurance, she needed hope. she was a scared and broken girl. she had only 16. she needed support, even if she was reluctant to that.

Yeah, she was ok in season one, but there are also other members in the group who lost everything.
I mean Daryl lost his brother and he didn't go insane. She could have tried to do good things for the group and built up relationships.
She also was so rude to poor Dale He just wanted her to live, I don't think that this is a bad thing, I mean she never tried to kill herself after that.
And leaving Beth alone was just selfish... it was like "look at me I also wanted to kill myself, I know what to do". Beth had a family, her death would have affected all of them, and they trusted Andrea to take care of her some hours until she thought about everything. I know it ended good for Beth, but how could Andrea have known that for sure?

yeah its true.

and i really felt bad for dale too. and i know he was maybe too involved in a life did not concern him but he cared. it was in good faith.

Yes, i agree on all. she really could have messed up with it, and by 'it' we are talking about A LIFE. so yeah. a really weight on her shoulders if beth take the 'advice'. and, most important, a family broken.
I think she was so messed up with herself she just didnt think of beth at all. she just thought they both share pain and then the girl should do 'what she wasnt allowed to'. because 'dale stole her chance'.

sorry for my late reply, was away for a few days :3
I don't think that dale made a mistake, andria also affected him with her decisioin to die. As the wanted to die with her he didn't force her to survive. I just think andria was a totally douchebag about this.
yeah I understand her behavior but I still think she is really egoistic and not a confidential person.

stuff-I-do In reply to c0nNy [2013-08-06 21:38:22 +0000 UTC]

its ok ^^

i know. i agree, partially. because he did affect her. because she didnt want his death among herself. so she felt the need to retreat.
but at same time, i think if you really wanna die, like REALLY, you just would care a shit about anyone anymore and would do what you want to do, no matter what people would do/say. also dale was no familiar of her. so i think she justified herself by 'blaming' him. i think it was a way of self-deny of the fact that she didnt want to die after all.

I understand why she was upset, but I don't se any problem about it. If she really wanted to die.... I mean it's not that hard, she could have done it a day after this event without killing Dale. But like you said, I think she never really wanted to and needed someone to blame.

You guys are right And if Andrea was a lawyer before the crap hit the fan, wouldn't she have at least some inkling that the governor was a douche? I mean, she was the LEAST suspicious of him for a long time. Michonne could tell from the beginning that there was something off about the governor. Andrea was the lawyer!

But yeah, the 2nd season was my fave too.

PS This drawing is awesome.

PPS Thanks for the fave

stuff-I-do In reply to ClearlyDarkness [2013-07-30 07:46:49 +0000 UTC]

i thought so too. but i think she was blind by concious. she didnt want to see what was going on, because she was 'happy'. she was getting comfortable on a new 'home' and she already fall for the gob the moment she laid eyes on him (as michonne told her wisely).
i love michonne perceptions of people. she has that sixth sense. and thats the difference with andrea; she hadn't it. clearly. But sly, at some point she really should have seen 'something' you know.
but as i said i think she just shooted down all tiny suspiciousness.
