1.00am, a wet wet damn cold night.A multi-level car park.
The perfect place for a drop off point don't you think - in a gangster sorta way?
The position of the cars makes it look like some sort of "deal" is going down... the photo stems from reality where the ground is in focus to getting blurred nearer the cars - where the deal could be taking place. The pillar to the left acts as hiding post I guess... making the viewer feel that they are witnessing this, but from a safe distance and from a safe place, hidden.
That's my take on it anyways. I'd be curious to see what you think of it.

This is a great pic. It's extremely hard to get no blur at such a low shutter speed, but it fits with the pic anyway.
England seems like the perfect place to take really awesome photo's. Too bad I live in goddamn California, U.S. :-/

hmm.. very interesting take on the photo! I can't tell what'd it look like without blur, but I think the blurriness gives that gangster vibe you're talking about. very surreal and straight from a movie. i love it

I don't really like the blur that much, but I like the sense of "hiding" or "spying", like you said. And the green looks good.

I dislike the blur, unlike everybody else here. The colors and the composition is great and the orange/yellowish car adds a particularly good thing to the whole photo. Keep up the good work.
