They're basically seeing the TMNT for the first time, kinda taken back that there's other mutant turtles besides them! *LE'GASPAGE!* ohhhnooeeess!

I normally don't like OCs that are turtle girls, but WOAH. Those are awesome!
Also, no complains from me about the "Donnie" one having sais. They are defense weapons, after all. Just like the bo staff.

I saw the title/thumbnail and thought, "oh no this is going to be corny" - but when I got through to the full view I was amazed - this is really, amazingly well done. I especially love that you created a different type of turtle, with the orange one.

I love this. So. So. So much.
And i read some of the comments on the way down to the devious-thoughts box to write this reply, and i get what NalaFontaine was talking about; turtles are reptiles, they lay eggs and have no reason to produce milk or have breasts. And at the same time, like you said, they're like the regular mutant turtles in that they were mutated into humanoid things. Probably has something to do with being in a human's sewer whenever they got oozed and all that good junk.
There's such amazing detail work done in this it's mind-blowing. And i found this while scrolling through another girl's fanarts, except she does transformers, so i basically blinked, looked at this, went "pfft! My brother's gonna flip when he sees girl turtles" thinking this would be just versions of what the origional four would be if they were girls for whatever reason, and that it would be at least fairly decent art from the way the thumb-nail looked.
To say i was wrong, is to state the obvious. 
The differences in color on each of the turtlett's skin is wonderful too, and really helps with their "hothead", "clowner" "leader" and "techie" (okay, geek, but techie is a nicer way of saying it when it concerns such an awesome tutle) and changes how the blush stands out against them too. Did i mention i love the blush?
Their stances, weapons, outfits, expressions, just all of it is awesome.
I gotta ask, since after reading in your author's note below the pic that it's not you but (one of?) the other three who might be writing this out(?) Is it on fanfiction or in her scraps or the back of her dev-gallery? Because i looked at the two that were up, but i couldn't find any, though there was a really neat prologue to a human "arielle" and raphael pairing that was cute, but i didn't see any more to that one either. So....help?
And after this i am going to go raid your gallery. (well, look at it, but you get the point, right?) and look at this TMNTchicks club as well. My brother (he's a major comic-er, and TMNT is just one of his loves.) would be so proud. and freaked out.

cause I got a couple things to say or ask..
well first off, of course this is excellent work in the line art and expressions and so on, keep that up.
All 4 of these similar fem turtles are here...
so I'd like to ask... why the freak are they designed with b00bs? it's under their shell! they would have no purpose, meaning no reason for them to be there in the first place!
can some one try to give me a reasonable explanation to swallow

I was under the impression albino means a lack of pigmentation-wouldn't that make her a kind of white?

If you have seen some albino turtles, especially red eared sliders (which the tmnt are) - they aren't completely white, they actually have a lot of yellow to them! I do know that sea turtles are usually completely white, though! Also note they are in a shadowy area in mah picture ^-^

Yes, I have a friend at an animal shelter with an affinity for reptiles, and she told me there are different lervels of albinism in them. I've only seen blonde boas myself....
